

We were one of the first adopters of Margin Master and realized we had not done anything to speak of with our rules in over a decade.
After a few days with Mike we reduced prices on over 3,000 items as well as taking the increases he advised. For our 4 store chain the customers really noticed the price decreases and we did not hear a word on the price increases. It has been 8 months, we are seeing about a 1.8% increase in Margin and we have had increased Sales. It is not easy, takes some time and effort but we recouped our investment in Mike in 1 month!
